The sheets and towels were brand new! There was no hair, dirt or bugs in my room!!! Loved my stay!

The maids could've of cleaned the bathroom alot better my room was poolside. I was disappointed in the condition of the tub with mold around the molding that bleach wouldve of gotten rid of. The toiletseat was too small for the toilet so there was over hang. Other than that my stay was great.For the price a breakfast of donuts or bagels besides the coffee would've been nice.

WE HAD NO POWER ONE NIGHT OUR toilet did not work they didn’t have a plunger to fix it was a rip off would like a refund for what me an my family had to go throw an the front desk person had me waiting in the lobby for 20 min y she seen me waiting an she sitting in her car at night on the clock in white Kia really un perfectionol an to have her working for the hotel must be a play ground ran at night I would like the boss to give me a refund thank you

I was there for 3 days the room wasn't clean enough the tub was dirty the toilets had yellow stains in it they didn't have no towels I went down there three times asking for towels they didn't have no clean sheet bed I slept on the same sheets for 3 days they don't have no one coming cleaning the the room the garbage cans was over full outside air inside nowhere to put the garbage for the amount that I paid I could have went somewhere else it got better service
